Trans and queer inclusion consulting
You want your organization to put its best foot forward to clients and the public. You know it’s important to make sure that staff of all identities feel welcome. But how do you get there? I offer consulting services to help you take concrete, meaningful steps to welcome and affirm everyone who walks through your doors.
Case consultation
If you’re a therapist, group practice, or organization looking to improve your confidence in working with LGBTQ clients, I can help you or your staff connect more meaningfully with your clients and give you the resources to develop effective trans- and queer-focused policies. Case consultation is billed by the half hour (minimum 1 hour) and can be bundled with workshops or other services.
Workshops & training
Are you wondering how to train your staff to welcome queer and trans clients in an efficient, measurable way? Do you need a guest speaker to ensure that your healthcare or human services students understand crucial topics around gender identity and sexuality? Need to help teens and young adults at your school, camp, or club learn gender and sexuality basics? These topics shouldn’t be left in inexperienced hands.
